1- www.parisreference.com IS ONLY A VENUE.
www.parisreference.com acts as an online marketplace for you to find and transact with other users. www.parisreference.com is not a broker, lender or seller or a party to any agreement you may make. Any information you provide on your listing is published under your responsibility.
2- No agency
Our relationship is that of independent contractors, and no agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relations is intended or created by these Terms or your use of
www.parisreference.com.
3- Changes to Site
We may change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of www.parisreference.com at any time, including the availability of any Site features, database, or content. We may also impose limits on certain features or services or restrict access to parts or all of the Site without notice or liability
4- Identity Verification
User verification on the Internet is difficult and we cannot and do not confirm each user’s purported identity. We encourage you to communicate directly with the renters.
5- Accuracy
All property listings on www.parisreference.com are submitted by you and its contents are your responsibility, we specifically disclaim any and all liability arising from the alleged accuracy of the listings, property reviews, feedback entries, or any alleged breaches of contract on a member’s part. We do not represent or warrant that any of the copy, content, property reviews, feedback entries, property location, suitability, pricing or availability information published on the Site is accurate or up-to-date even in the case where prospective travelers have searched for specific special offers, dates, or types of properties. Members are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any property descriptions. However, we reserve the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or government request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, that in our sole discretion are objectionable or in violation of these terms.
6- Disclaimer
The site, including all content, software functions, materials and information made available on or accessed through the site, is provided 'as is'. We do not warrant that the functions contained in the site or any materials or content contained therein will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available is free of viruses or other harmful components.
7- Choice of Law
All services and rights of use hereunder are performable and/or sold in Italy and you irrevocably agree that any cause of action you may submit in connection with your use of this website or pursuant to these terms will be filed in Rome, Italy which will be the venue of any legal dispute. You also agree that any dispute will be governed by Italian laws.
Use of the Service
1- Listing the apartment
To list your Paris apartment with us you have to agree to our terms and conditions. The apartment has to be located within Paris' 20 arrondissements or its immediate surroundings. We will need professional pictures and a detailed description of your property which you can send to us through the email.
2- Commissions
Your apartment in Paris is listed on www.parisreference.com free of charge and we don't require exclusive rights on the rental. We only ask you to keep us updated if your apartment will not be available for a given period of time. When you receive a booking you'll be notified of the net payment you'll receive upon client's arrival at the apartment. ParisReference applies a commission on the grand total which will be included between 10,5% and 20% + vat on the total price depending on the type of agreement, the number of apartments you list with us and the value of each one of them. The amount of our fee will be transparent to the Renter.
3- Other Services
www.parisreference.com can provide check in/out and cleaning services please enquire for the details.
4- Owner's duties
a) to keep the calendar always updated especially if she/he is listing as 'Instant Booking'. b) to always inform us if anything changes in the furniture or services offered by the apartment's management. c) to never access the apartment unless otherwise agreed beforehand with the renter. d) to keep the apartment always clean and ready for client's rentals. e) to keep us updated if works are planned in the apartment or its whereabouts
5- Cancellations
In case of cancellations the owner will receive 30% of what he was owned unless he/she or we book the apartment to another tenant for the same dates.
If you cancel a booking you will have to pay 30% of the rental price as a penalty.
