De Quartier Latin heeft geen inleiding nodig! Dit appartement is juist op een wandel afstand met de Boulevard ST. Germain en de Boulevard ST. Michel, Panthéon, Sorbonne, Musée de Cluny, Jardin des Plantes ... Bistros, cafés, restaurants en boutiques zijn overvloedig. Een fantastische plaats om te exploreren of om juist de wereld zien voorbij gaan vanuit een café. De oevers van de Seine, de Ille ST Louis, Ille de la Cité, Notre Dame, de Marais zijn in een wandelafstand.
Het gebouw is 15 jaren geleden gerenoveerd maar heeft zijn antieke karakterieke charme behouden. Dit typisch Parijse staar deur heeft dikwijls graffiti! Onze appartement is 70m2 en is op de vierde verdieping gelegen. ( korte afstand van de trap naar de lift). Licht en zonnig, appartement heeft een prachtig zicht over het park en de tuinen aan beide kanten. U hebt zich over de koepel van het Panthéon ( zie photo)!
Met smaak ingericht - een leuke mix tussen modern en oud. ( gewoonlijk lage bedden ).
Fantasie rijk ingericht om het orginele karakter te behouden. Er is een stene muur met een haard ( maar niet in gebruik), met mooie oude balken aan het plafond, betegelde vloer en tapijten, witte ,linnen, gevoerde zetels en slaap zetel, eettafel, TV. Keuken heeft een witte, marmere bar voor 4 personen, afwasmachine, wasmachine, microwave, en eveneens een klassieke oven ( deze is hoog, boven de ijskast, ongeveer 1m60), 2 elektrische kookplaten.
Kleine slaapkamer 1: Dubbel bed (130cm).
Grote slaapkamer 2: met twee enkel bedden.
Goede marmere badkamer met badkuip en douche. Aparte WC. Oorspronkelijk met linnen ingegrepen. Electrische radiators. Beperkte telefoon gebruik.
* Culturele nota! In Frankrijk tellen we gelijksvloer, eerste verdieping, etc....
Uitleg en Beschrijving van de Verhuurder
RENTAL BOOKING CONDITIONS
1. PAYMENT A Deposit as specified in our Invoice together with the signed Booking Form must be received by the Agent within 7 days of your request. The balance of rent and a separate amount for the Security Deposit, as specified in our Invoice, is due at our office 8 WEEKS BEFORE HOLIDAY DATE, upon receipt of which you will be sent full key directions. All amounts due to us are payable in Euros. No booking is valid until confirmed by us in writing. Provisional reservations will be held for 7 days following your request. In the event of the rental balance not being received by our office by the due date we reserve the right to relet the property and any deposit paid will be forfeit. If at any time due to circumstances beyond our control the apartment becomes unavailable or unfit for habitation, either before or during the rental concerned, all monies received by us will be refunded to tenant in full and final settlement.
Your DAMAGE DEPOSIT will be returned within 3 weeks of the end your stay less any extras or breakages. When any claim is made against the security deposit (eg utilities payment) a handling charge of 10€ will be added to the amount due.
2. EXTRAS (see property description) are payable in advance except where they are calculated according to metre readings, etc
3. ARRIVALS Most of the time, we manage to accomodate arrivals in the morning. If we have outgoing clients the same day, you can drop off your bags and collect the key by 11H but we need time to finish preparing the apartment for you. Departure is by 1000H on the final day
4. CANCELLATIONS Should you be forced to cancel your holiday once it has been accepted and the booking deposit paid, then cancellation charges will be made as follows. Cancellations must be made in writing by the party leader to us by recorded delivery and charges will be calculated from the date the owner receives written notification. It is strongly recommended that tenants take out cancellation insurance.
Cancellation more than 56 days before holiday : Booking deposit is forfeit
Cancellation less than 56 days before holiday : 100% of total rental due
5. SLEEPING CAPACITY/USAGE Under no circumstances must the number of tenants exceed the maximum stated on your Booking Form, including babies and overnight guests. No property may be used for business purposes of any sort without prior agreement in writing from us.
6. Initial BED LINEN is provided, including 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person, where this is specifically specified as supplied in the description. Extra linen is available on request and a supplementary charge is made.
6. ANIMALS are only allowed by prior agreement in writing.
7. NUISANCES We reserve the right to terminate a rental immediately without compensation where a tenant causes nuisance of whatever nature to neighbours or the property.
8. CLEANLINESS The final cleaning is included in your rent, except for the kitchen which we ask you to clean, not forgetting the dishes.
9. PROBLEMS We cannot take responsibility for any complaints or problems notified after the end of your stay. Please get in touch with our Paris representative immediately if you have a problem - we will use our best endeavours to put things right as soon as possible.
10. TELEPHONE where a restricted telephone line to local calls is proposed the standard charge covers a maximum of two hours communications. All use above this limit will be deducted from the security deposit.
11. LIABILITY / INSURANCE
You may be liable for damage you cause to the property, its fixtures and furnishings, during your stay.
12. BOOKING CONDITIONS may be modified from time to time and the revised conditions will apply to all client bookings made on or after the date of issue of the revised conditions to the booking agent.
While we will make every endeavour to ensure speedy repairs, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or inconvenience resulting from technical problems with the property, its equipment or facilities.

Light, airy apartment in quiet, small building. Very central but not noisy. Area near the Pantheon and university.
