Set in the liveliest and one of the very oldest quarters of Paris, yet very quiet because set within the compound in a very nice inner courtyard.
This very cozy and romantic tipically parisian apartment is set on the second floor without elevator about 34 steps up.
You go in through the
DINING ROOM
With table and chairs for up to six, a non working chimney (see picture), window overlooking the very nice and quiet courtyard.
On the left side you have the
KITCHEN CORNER
Fully equipped with electric stove and oven, sink and all necessary crockery and silverware.
Go through the door to the
BEDROOM
With comfortable double bed with last generation matress, sofa, bookshelves, wardrobe, if you have your ipod you can log it in to the stereo system and two windows overlooking the inner courtyard.
En suite
BATHROOM
Comfortable with bath tub and shower fixture, sink, wc.

And in some points terrible. Die Lage ist gut. Im Appartement ist zu vieles kaputt: löchrige Bettlaken, kaputte Schrank- und Badtüre, abgebrochener Duschkopf, dafür einfach zwei Löcher, kein Duschvorhang, ein völlig vergilbt-schmutziges Bettpolster, was wir als erstes mal entfernt haben. Die Vermieterin hat ihre eigenen Kleider nur notdürftig beiseite geschoben um ein bißchen Platz zu machen, Kruschtecken überall vermischt mit Staub, die Küche mangelhaft ausgestattet, Kaffee kann man nicht kochen, Tee ja, verklebte Küchenutensielien, zusammgewürfeltes, teilweise kaputtes Geschirr. Man muss wissen, wo man besser nicht hinsieht, um tolerant zu bleiben. Die Mails an die Kontaktperson wurden offenbar nie gelesen, die angegebene Nummer hat nicht funktioniert, es war glücklicher Zufall, dass wir die VErmieterin im Appartement noch erreichten. Nein, diese Wohung war entschieden überzahlt. Wer fremdes Chaos mag, ist hier genau richtig.
